We are looking to add to our great team, Roofer’s Assistants and Professional Installers (must have previous experience) to start ASAP).

​

Tasks include, but are not limited to:

​

Setting up protection equipment and safety equipment and following safety protocols, removing shingles, carrying shingles, prepping roof and assisting installers.

​

A successful applicant must:

• Reliable

• Be physically able to lift 70+lbs

• Be extremely comfortable with heights

• Be flexible to work long hard hours (8hrs+ at times)

• Have a valid driver’s license, and reliable mode of transportation (most work is in the south east corner of Winnipeg, but will vary day to day)

• Have steel toe shoes

• Physical fitness level that will allow for quick movement, climbing, bending and lifting heavy loads

• Communication and teamwork skills including an openness to receiving feedback from superiors

• General knowledge of roofing procedures, techniques and specialties, is a plus

• Strong work ethic and desire to perform quality work

• Endurance to spend hours working in extreme weather conditions such as heat or cold

Experience is an asset, though it is not necessary. We will train enthusiastic applicants.

                                                   Now Hiring: Professional Roof Installer – Winnipeg

Raptor Roofing is seeking skilled, reliable, and hardworking roof installers to join our growing team. If you take pride in your craft, are clean-cut, detail-oriented, and passionate about roofing, we want to meet you.

What We’re Looking For:

• Clean-cut and professional demeanor (if the F‑word is your second word in every sentence, this isn’t the environment for you)

• Hardworking and reliable

• Fluent in English (basic French knowledge is a bonus)

• Strong attention to detail; must know proper installation of closed-cut valleys (no California valleys) and step flashing

• Prior roofing experience preferred; knowledge of soffit, fascia, and eavestrough is a major asset

• Certified roofers highly valued—please list all brands you are certified with. Must be able to adapt techniques to match company installation standards. Safety is mandatory: harnesses and hard hats are required at all times
