In fact, Matt had to do some extra work on our chimney, which was only evident once they removed the old shingles and he did not charge us for the extra work. "Matt and his staff are very courteous and professional. When Matt came to provide an estimate he fully explained his quote by showing us all the materials that would be used for the project. During the installation some unexpected repairs had to be done to roof. They made sure all the repairs were done properly, because repairs were not included in the quote Matt provided us with a very fair price for these repairs. At the end everything was cleaned up and couldn't tell that they had been here other than we had a new roof. Would recommend Matt and staff to everyone. "This company, in my opinion, is definitely 5 star. I would have given it a higher rating if there was one. The crew was extremely efficient, friendly, well-mannered, and even though it was hot and humid, got the job done in a day. The site was cleaned up like they were never there. Numerous sweeps were made of the grounds and driveway to ensure no roofing nails were left behind and all debris was picked up. The patio and sidewalk were even swept to ensure cleanliness. Well done guys!!"

When Matt of Raptor roofing first gave me an estimate to re shingle of our roof,he said your roof is still in pretty good shape and ok for a few more years. “When it was time to have our roof redone we contacted 3 companies to provide quotes. One company only provided the cost in an email and voicemail without breaking out what the cost was made up of. Matt from Raptor took the time to provide a detailed quote with available options. After we reviewed he stopped by to go over the quote so we could determine what we wanted. After determining the features we wanted Matt helped select the shingle type and style, he provided several addresses for homes that he did in the past with the 3 colour choices we were considering, this would allow us to have a finished home to look at to determine the best for our needs. They arrived on the day they said they would and completed it the next day, they were very thorough doing the job including cleaning up after they were done, no nails or garbage left behind. The final price was the quoted price and they had to fix a soft spot in the roof at no extra charge. We have recommended Raptor to a couple friends and they have both had the same positive experience that we had with dealing with Raptor.”
